Post Implementation
OBJECTIVES
(1) To announce the initial or new release.
(2) To build links to the new release of the website.
(3) To iteratively fine tune website content.
SCOPE
As agreed at the end of the Design phase and documented in
emails and the Project Plan.  
PROCESS
(1) Draft, agree-to and submit a press release about the new or
revised website.
(2) Research and build agreed-upon quantity & quality of links to
the website.
(3) Run WebPosition4 reports at agreed frequency to show
improvements over time.   
(4) Run agreed-upon iBusinessPromoter Optimization Reports.
(5) Make code changes as necessary.
(6) Clients, board members and employees are expected to be
encouraged to register with their respective alumni associations
and to "spread the word" about bookmarking the company site.
DELIVERABLES
(1) Press release.  
(2) Inbound links using keyword phrases in the anchor text.
(3) iBusinessPromoter reports.
(4) Updated Website.
(5) WebPosition4 reports.   
(6) Emails detailing all agreements.
