PHASE IV

Build & Test
|
OBJECTIVE
|
To make all the agreed changes to the website and to test to make sure there are no errors.
|
SCOPE
|
As agreed at the end of the Design phase and documented in emails and the Project Plan.
|
PROCESS
|
(1) Make all necessary code and database changes. (2) Test all changes. (3) Document and correct all errors. (4) Release to the client for testing. (5) Correct all client-found errors. (6) Publish new release of the website.

DELIVERABLES
|
(1) New release of the website. (2) Emails confirming everything was implemented as agreed to in Deliverable #3 of the Design Phase. (3) Emails creating and approving press release.

BENEFIT
|
The new release of the website is optimized to drive meaningful traffic to the website.

COST
|
