Objective and Scope:
The objective of the SEO Research & Analysis Phase is:

  • to jointly identify the targeted words and phrases (keywords) we will use to attract
    meaningful (ready to convert) traffic to your web site;
  • to gain a ball-park understanding of what it will take to rank in the top ten search engine
    results for your preferred keyword phrase and search engine; and
  • to agree on a work plan, budget and schedule for completion.

The scope of research & analysis is negotiable.  We recommend starting with 4-6 subject areas
or topics and Google's search engine.

Deliverables:
Deliverables include:

  • An Excel spreadsheet listing all our keyword considerations, anticipated volumes, estimated
    level of competition,  predicted ease of ranking, and what the competition is currently willing
    to pay on a cost-per-click basis for the use of the phrase.  
  • Optional Reports that spell out exactly what your top competitors are doing today in order to
    rank in the top 10 search engine results for your preferred keyword phrases and search
    engine.  
  • A high-level work plan that contains the tasks, responsibilities and time frames for
    completion of the project.
  • An updated Project Initiation Document which confirms the scope, objectives, deliverables
    and pricing for the remainder of the project.  
  • Emails document and confirm any additional joint agreements and/or decisions.
