OBJECTIVES
|
(1) To jointly identify the targeted words and phrases (keywords) we will use to attract meaningful (ready to convert) traffic to your web site. (2) To jointly establish the scope, objectives and cost of the project. (3) To assign tasks and time frames for completion to project participants.

SCOPE
|
Four to six subject areas or themes.

PROCESS
|
(1) We will consider your site goals and the estimated frequency of use and competitiveness of Keyword phrases. (2) We will install Google Analytics on your site and run a WebPosition4 report to see where your website currently ranks for the chosen keyword phrases. (3) We will run a iBusinessPromoter Top10 report comparing your existing website to the top 10 sites on Google using your chosen pages and keyword phrases.

DELIVERABLES

(1) An Excel spreadsheet with the results of our keyword research. (2) An email confirming our agreed-upon choice of keyword phrases and pages to be optimized. (3) Google Analytics will be installed on your existing web site if it is not there already. If it is, we will ask that you provide us with access and there will be no charge. (4) We will configure and run WebPosition4 for your site. (5) We will configure and run iBusiness Promoter for your site. This will be the baseline for your site. (6) We will establish an agreed upon project plan - who does what when.
