Link Exchange Policy & Procedures
Two things are essential to organic search engine optimization:  (1) content; and (2) link building.
Please refer to our guidelines for
web seo-friendly content writing and recommendations for
effective link building services.  A website has to have at least one inbound link in order to get
found, spidered and indexed by search engines.  The more inbound links a website has, the
more visible it will become because each new inbound link represents a unique pathway to your
content.  A website can never have enough inbound links.  This is one aspect of organic search
engine optimization that should be ongoing, never ending.

Below are what we feel represents industry standard link exchange policies and procedures.
Link exchanges help increase a web site's visibility and popularity.  Direct, non-reciprocal link
exchanges are better.
You should consider asking for a link exchange or responding positively
to a link exchange request if the request comes from a similarly themed or geographically
located web site.

We have a specific list of directory and web site partnerships.  It is important to have your website
listed in authoritative and popular web directories, or subject-matter specific directories such as a
directory of search engine optimization providers in our case.  It is also okay to share links with
other related web site owners.  Remember the most valuable links will come from sites much
like your own.

If you are
interested in sharing links with us, please let us know.  We do not guarantee that your
site will be automatically added to our link pages.   Your link submission will be reviewed in terms
of its relevance and value before we get back to you.  Highly relevant sites are what we need and
want most.

We must see evidence of a reciprocal link before we will consider your request.
The link must
be a dofollow link
.  The page where our link is found must be accessible from your home page or
site map.

As with most web sites, we do not accept link exchanges that directly or indirectly point to web
sites that:

  • libel or harass;
  • promote racism or hate;
  • have no original content;
  • encourage illegal activity;
  • have numerous pop-ups;
  • appear to be a banner or link farm;
  • display adult or offensive text and materials;
  • have more 100 outgoing links on a single links page.

We will review all web sites submitted to us and email you the status of your request.
Remember, DO NOT send us a link request until you have added our link to your site first.

Please use one of our preferred options for link exchange title, URL and description of our
website on your link page, or simply cut and paste the HTML code directly onto your link page.
